Tab. Table 2 — Timeline of the Trump-UFC alliance (2001–2024) Source: events verified against a primary or reference-press source per row.

Two patterns emerge from the table. The first is temporal concentration: of the eight events listed, four occur in the twenty-two days preceding the 2024 election, a clustering that does not appear accidental. The second is the personal, not contractual, nature of most of the ties: no source consulted shows any record of a formal contract between the Trump campaign and the UFC as an organization. What exists is a network of personal relationships (Trump with Dana White, Trump with Rogan, Trump with individual fighters such as Bo Nickal, a three-time collegiate champion and winner of the 2019 Hodge Trophy as the country's best collegiate wrestler, who publicly documented golf outings with Trump in June 2024) that the campaign knew how to convert into political capital without needing an institutional agreement.
